Val definitely sells in heels, always looks stunning, very professional and goes out of her way to help both Vendor and Buyers. Definitely has outstanding communication skills, we are impatient and hassled her a lot but she was always patient with us and always found out the answers we needed if didn’t know them but knew her stuff. Took out time late on a Sunday for paperwork and also helped us to see the property a few times to work things out. Although she was working for the Vendor we never felt like she wasn’t helping us as we really felt that Val helped us understand and work through the processes. So for someone looking to purchase you probably won’t find better than her as she doesn’t sugar coat somethings, she is honest and reliable and she will try her best to help you see and find out about the property you are wanting to purchase.
